National seminar “European dimensions of adult training in Bulgaria in the lifelong learning context“

The Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association took part in the national seminar with the topic “European dimensions of the adult training in Bulgaria in the lifelong learning context”, organized within the framework of the PHARE Programme. The seminar was conducted on the 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st of August in Sofia, whereby the main theme was the presentation of the “Lifelong Learning Strategy, elaborated by the project team and its application for effective control and monitoring of the adult vocational training system in Bulgaria. During the forum the experts from the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association as part of the project team put accent on the amendments and supplements to the Act on Employment Encouragement in the part of provision of adult training for obtaining key competences and the efforts, already made by the Institute in this field.
